الأم - كتاب الام من مفاخر المسلمين، فهو موسوعة ضخمة شملت الفروع والأصول واللغة والتفسير والحديث، كما أنه حوى بين دفتيه عدداً هائلاً من الأحاديث والآثار وفقه السلف الصالح - رحمهم الله -. كما يُعدّ خلاصةَ وقمةَ الإنتاج العلمي للإمام الشافعي, فهو يجمع ما انتهى إليه فقهُه، وهو من آخر مؤلّفاته الفقهية، أملاه على تلاميذه في مصر في أواخر حياته، كما أنه يمثل القول الجديد الذي استقر عليه مذهبه، ويعبر عن المسائل التي فيها بأنها مذهب الشافعي الجديد. وقد قام البويطيّ تلميذُ الإمام الشافعي بجمعه دون أن يذكر اسمه فيه، ولا نسبه إلى نفسه, بل نُسِب إلى راويه الربيع بن سليمان المرادي (174-270ﻫ) تلميذ الإمام الشافعي أيضاً، والذي بوبه ورتبه وهذبه. قال الحافظ أبو الحسين محمد بن عبد الله بن جعفر الرازي المتوفى سنة 347ﻫ، وهو والد الحافظ تمام الرازي: كان البويطي يقول: الربيع أثبت في الشافعي مني. التهذيب للحافظ ابن حجر (3: 246). مميزات كتاب الأم: 1- كثرة الاستدلال فيه والاحتجاج بالنصوص الشرعية، وقد زادت الآثار فيه على أربعة آلاف مما يعني أنه من الكتب المسندة المهمة خاصة مع تقدم وفاة الشافعي وأخذه عن إمامي الحجاز مالك وسفيان. 2- احتكام مؤلفه كثيراً إلى اللغة في فهم النصوص وتفسيرها. 3- المزج فيه بين الفقه والأصول والقواعد والضوابط والفروق الفقهية. 4- اشتماله على المناظرات والنقاشات العلمية الدقيقة التي تربي الملكة وتصقل الموهبة. 5- أحد المصادر المهمة التي حفظت لنا آراء بعض الفقهاء من معاصري الشافعي، كابن أبي ليلى والأوزاعي. 6- أحد أهم المصادر في الفقه المقارن، كما أنه مصدر أساسي في تقرير المذهب الشافعي. 7- يعد من الكتب المجاميع، فقد احتوى على عدد من الكتب في الأصول والحديث والفقه. ومؤلف هذا الكتاب هو الإمام محمد بن إدريس الشافعي، أحد الأئمة الأربعة الأعلام، المولود في غزة بفلسطين سنة 150ﻫ، وحُمِل منها إلى مكة وهو ابن سنتين، وزار بغدادَ مرّتين، وقصد مصرَ سنة 199ﻫ فتوفي بها سنة 204ﻫ، وقبره معروف في القاهرة. بيانات الطبعة الأصلية: طبع هذا الكتاب عن الطبعة الأصلية المعتمدة والمطبوعة في المطبعة الكبرى الأميرية ببولاق مصر المحمية سنة 1321ﻫ بمراجعة وتصحيح الشيخ نصر بن محمد العادلي والشيخ محمد بن محمد البلبيسي، وعناية والتزام العلامة أحمد بن أحمد الحسيني (ت: 1332ﻫ). http://www.daralnawader.com/books/boo...
